Over the years Gostol has specialized in the production of highly automated industrial lines for the bakery sector. Quality and reliability guaranteed by in-house design and manufacturing of machines and software necessary for the critical bakery processing phases: mixing, makeup, prooﬁng, baking, cooling, automation.

Tecnofryer

With years of experience, Tecnofryer, created as a Tecnopool’s spin-off, began manufacturing industrial frying lines for various sectors such as bakery, snacks and breaded products. Tecnofryer’s machines are designed to streamline maintenance and cleaning operations and are always tailored to meet unique customer’s requirements.
