About the role
You will join the existing TP-INC’s sales department as direct report of the company’s President and grow TP-INC’s market share in the U.S. and in Canada by proposing tailor-made solutions that help automate food processing lines. The role is remote (U.S. home office) and requires travels in North America (e.g. office and customer visits). Among the responsibilities of the role are:
- Execute presentations to customers during calls, courtesy visits or trade shows. Respond to customers’ enquiries (e.g. Requests For Information). Contribute to writing newsletters.
- Generation of leads. Generate new contacts with prospects through cold-calling, emailing, courtesy visits, trade shows etc.
- Sales activities on new and existing accounts. Gather and interpret customers’ requirements as they relate to product and processes, collaborate with company’s departments to identity proper technical solution to offer, prepare commercial offers, negotiate offers and contracts with customers.
- Side growth initiatives. Support identification of commercial and industrial partners to foster further market growth.
- Generate regular market and sales reporting.
About you
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in capital equipment sales – ideally industrial food processing sector
- Can work efficiently with little supervision in a company structure which, initially, foresees no direct reports
- Travel to develop accounts and to discuss/negotiate proposals for food processing solutions
- Follow-up skills with customers
- Strong understanding of computer systems/programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP and CRM systems
- Be able to travel 50%-70% within the USA and to Canada and spend an initial training period in Europe

Technical Aftersales & Service Manager

Provide in-service support for industrial food processing solutions, driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth in the US and in Canada.

About the role
You will help US and Canadian customers keep their food processing lines in service and support TP-INC build customer loyalty through the development of long-term business relationships. The role is remote (U.S. home office) and requires travels in North America (e.g. office and customer visits). Among the responsibilities of the role are:
- Aftersales support on in-service food processing solutions. Provide remote support, coordinate inspection and maintenance activities, carry out inspection activities
- Support on new food processing solutions. Coordinate food processing solution installation and start-up
- Manage qualified technicians. Coordinate technicians’ travel schedules, liaise with technician’s during and after inspection/maintenance/installation activities
- Sales of parts and services. Generate quotes for spare parts and services. Sell spare parts and services.
- Document services activities through generation/collection of service visit reports. Collect and prepare information for invoicing.
About you

Notes: hands-on” training will continue in North America for an initial period of up to three months after hire depending on the employee’s actual experience on TP-INC’s product line.
